The hotel offers spacious rooms that are clean and comfortable. The service is accommodating, and the location is near convenient amenities. The dining experience is good overall, though could use more variety. The facilities provide a satisfactory stay with some room for improvement.

The hotel offers big and clean rooms, but unfortunately, they were old and had a damp/sewer smell during our stay. Despite that, we were fortunate to spend most of our time outside the hotel. The service, especially the politeness and professionalism of the staff, was exceptional. The location is decent with plenty of good food options around, though not the most desirable area in the city. The dining experience was one of the favorites, with a great breakfast buffet. Overall, the hotel provided good value for the money.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The room I stayed in on the 15th floor was amazingly spacious with a separate lounge, a king-size bedroom, and a lovely ensuite bathroom, making it feel like a 5-star experience at a great rate. Although it felt a bit empty with just a single armchair and desk, the overall room setup was impressive. The service was impeccable, with the staff being extremely helpful and kind, knowing me by name right from my arrival and being super accommodating even with my early check-out. The dining, especially the Gourmet Burger, stood out as fantastic, catering to various tastes with its hot and cold selections. However, the dining space seemed limited in terms of choice and staffing. The overall experience was top-notch, exceeding my expectations.
